• Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment.
Arriving late will simply limit the time of your treatment, potentially
reducing its effectiveness and your pleasure. Your treatment
will end on time so that the next client is not waiting.

Drink plenty of water before and after your stay.

Advise our front desk staff of any changes in your medical history,
address, e-mail or phone number in order to keep your file current.

We offer separate spa facilities for men and women featuring
steam and sauna and a private locker with robe, towels and slippers for
your use. If you want to enjoy our steam/sauna as an added treat
you should allow an additional 20 minutes.

Clients will be draped at all times during body treatments except
for the area being worked on. So whether you choose a person
of the same or opposite gender, all of our therapists are trained
to drape sheets discreetly over areas of the body not involved
with the treatment. Bring a bathing suit to wear if this feels
more comfortable to you. We will provide disposable undergarments
if preferred.

We maintain the highest standard of hygiene practices.
GIFT CERTIFICATES/GIFT CARDS
Instead of the typical expected gift, on every special occasion
or for no occasion at all, give your loved one(s) a pampering
"good for them" gift of a lifetime, a gift certificate/gift
card to the spa. Use your gift certificate/gift card for any
of our spas services. We can give them to you all at once or
on a gift card that your loved one can use conveniently any
time or we will mail a gift certificate on any special occasion
you wish throughout the year. You will never be left saying "Honey
I forgot"!
Gift Certificates and Gift Cards can be purchased for any amount.
We do not refund gift certificates. Gift Certificates will
not be honored beyond the 12-month expiration date.
CANCELLATIONS
Your spa appointments are reserved exclusively for you. All
package services are per person and must be performed on
the same day. When booking multiple services, we require
a 50% credit card guarantee. This guarantee will not be refundable
if a 48-hour cancellation notice is not given. A 24-hour
cancellation notice is required for single spa services or
a $25 dollar cancellation fee will apply.
PRODUCT PURCHASE & RETURNS
Our botanical and special formulated product lines are key
elements in maintaining the experience at home. Feel free
to ask your therapist or our front desk staff for assistance
in choosing products that meet your specific needs. Our professional
product lines make great gift ideas for any occasion. For
your convenience, we also gladly accept orders by phone or
through the web. We are sorry, but due to sanitary conditions,
we are unable to accept returns or refunds on opened retail
items. Thank you for your understanding.
CELL PHONES AND PAGERS
In order to maintain our peaceful atmosphere, we request that
you turn your cell phone and/or pager off when visiting the
spa.
REFUNDS
There is a no refund policy. Service credit is available. In
addition there is a $25 returned check fee.
VALUABLES
Please leave your valuables at home. Many of our treatments
require removal of jewelry. We regret that we cannot be responsible
for loss or damage to personal articles including clothing
and accessories.
SHOULD I SHAVE PRIOR TO MY SPA SERVICE?
We recommend you do not shave before any of our exfoliating
services. We suggest that men shave two hours prior to experiencing
a facial.
GRATUITIES
Gratuities are not included in any of our pricing. However
gratuities are greatly appreciated.

or availabilities and special discounts and promotions.

The confidence you show by referring your friends is the greatest
compliment, for which we are extremely thankful. We offer
