This deep penetrating pressure point treatment helps to
relieve muscular pain and discomfort due to stress, injury,
overuse, or misuse. The mechanical techniques used help
to stretch and relax tight muscles and improve joint range
of motion.
- Shiatsu/Reflexology
This ancient Oriental treatment stimulates the acupressure
points encouraging and balancing the flow of vital energy
(Chi), through the body’s meridians for deep relaxation
and better health. Excellent for those whose day requires
extensive computer work.
- Hot Stone Therapy
A luxurious treatment combined with heated basalt lava stones.
Warm stones are placed over muscles relieving tension and
ground energy points on the body. Penetrating heat radiates
deeply into muscles, providing complete relaxation and release
of tightness and pain.
